About Your Instructor
Steve Vrooman, CFEd®, CRC®
Steve is a financial educator and planner who has helped individuals and families grow, manage and protect their finances since 2011. He is the founder of Senior and Family Financial and holds the series 65 securities license as an investment advisor representative. Steve also holds his life, accident, and health insurance licenses along with his long-term care credentials. He holds the designations of Certified Financial Educator – CFEd® and Certified Retirement Counselor – CRC®. As a member of the National Ethics Association and as a series 65 fiduciary he is bound to give advice and recommendations that are in the best interest of his clients. Steve enjoys helping people identify financial problems and solutions. Designing and implementing mathematically correct portfolios to meet income, preservation, and growth needs are his specialty. His business motto is “relationships, not transactions”. He has offices in Longmont and Englewood, Colorado and has clients in multiple states. Steve lives in Erie, CO with his wife and four children. He likes to coach sports and teach financial classes at colleges and churches.
